This one is one of my favs. The end client was BP and was one of a whole range of animations that were produced for their Induction Portal "Discover BP" that was built by Brighton agency Tilt. We had a team of 4 or 5 After Effects and 3D folks working on the project over all but this particular piece is pretty much all me except for the amazingly beautiful brain thing at the beginning which was created by the brilliant Jaspal Sehint.
Part of the approach by BP and Tilt which matches my own was to make it fun to watch. If I remember rightly it was even in one of the briefing documents - to create experiences similar to those that people enjoy on the public web, then engagement will follow.
